A person reads every message. We usually reply within two working days.
It helps if you tell us the website you were on, the action you chose, and what happened. Please do not paste private text into the email.
Common fixes
- The pen icon does not show. Reload the page. Check the Inkaret toolbar button: the icon may be switched off for that site.
- “Sign in to use Inkaret.” Click the Inkaret toolbar button and choose Sign in.
- “Invite-only right now.” Your request to join is waiting. You can see its status on your account page.
- You reached today’s limit. It resets once a day.
