Inkaret

Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Inkaret for using Inkaret: the website, the browser extension and, later, the desktop and mobile apps.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Using Inkaret

You may use Inkaret if you are at least 13 years old and able to agree to these terms. You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it.

2. The beta

Inkaret is in beta. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and access is by invitation. The beta is free; we will tell you before any paid plan starts.

3. What Inkaret produces

  • Results are written by artificial intelligence and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Read every result before you send or rely on it.
  • Inkaret does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, whatever profession you select in “About me”.
  • You are responsible for the messages you send and for having the right to share any text you give to Inkaret.

4. Your content

The text you write and the results you receive are yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not store your text or use it to train AI models.

5. Fair use

Please do not:

  • use Inkaret to break the law, to harass or deceive people, or to send spam;
  • try to get around usage limits, share one account between people, or create several accounts for one person;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it through automated scripts;
  • interfere with the service or try to reach other people’s information.

We may limit or close an account that does these things.

6. Paid plans

No paid plan is on sale yet. When one is, its price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you buy, payments will be processed by Paddle as the reseller, and the refund policy will apply. Subscriptions will renew until you cancel, and you will be able to cancel at any time from your account page.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Inkaret and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service; where we can, we will give notice.

8. Our responsibility to you

Inkaret is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from messages you send. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow to be removed.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use Inkaret after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions go to [email protected], or by post to Inkaret, 15, Ramnagar, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat, India.
